Below you will find an overview of the FlexWindow process when using FlexWindow Enterprise Server. 
Create e-mailThe process starts with a user that wants to update a web page. He creates a new e-mail with the content he desires. He sends the e-mail to an e-mail addres. This e-mail is checked by FlexWindow Enterprise Server. FlexWindow Enterprise Server In the second step of the process, FlexWindow Enterprise Server retrieves the user's e-mail from the e-mail box. It processes its content and readies this for web publishing. It then published the content in a web folder, through FTP or file copy, in a javascript file (.js). Web folder The web folder hosts the flexwindow content. This is the location where FlexWindow Enterprise Server sends its processed content to. This "web" folder should be reachable through the internet as well. Web page The web page contains a script line that refers to the content in the web folder. When the web page is loaded, it automatically loads the content from the web folder as well. In short, what you need to have is thus: - an separate e-mail address to be used for FlexWindow; - a folder on your web server, reachable through FTP and HTTP; - "flexwindows" in your web pages; - FlexWindow enterprise Server.
